What's Included?

✅ 2 Psilocybin Ceremonies

During the psilocybin ceremony, participants will begin with a breathwork workshop to center and prepare their minds. Jessica and Jorge will facilitate the ceremony.

✅ 2 Integration Sessions with Jamie, Jessica, & Jorge

After the ceremony, participants will engage in an integration session to discuss their experiences and insights. This guided conversation helps bring the profound lessons and emotions from the journey into conscious awareness, fostering understanding and personal growth. 

✅ Workshops & Activities

At the retreat, participants can look forward to a variety of transformative workshops. These include sessions on building self-confidence, where attendees will learn techniques to boost their self-esteem and assertiveness. 

✅ Continued Coaching with Jamie Date

Following the retreat, Jamie Date will provide continued coaching for three months to ensure participants stay accountable to the commitments and insights gained during the ceremony.
